How do I restore a purchase?
Use the Apple Account you purchased with, then open Contour, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. An active subscription or lifetime purchase restores Pro.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Contour. Apple manages billing and cancellation. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
How do I redeem an offer code?
Open Contour, go to Settings and tap Redeem a code, then follow Apple's instructions. Codes may have eligibility rules, expiry dates or redemption limits.
How do I check an import?
Check the symbols, quantities, prices and dates before saving imported trades. Photo recognition can make mistakes, and you can correct the result before adding it to your portfolio.
Why is a price missing or unexpected?
Check the holding's ticker, exchange and currency, and your internet connection. Market data may be delayed or unavailable. If it persists, email the ticker and exchange.
Where is my data?
Your portfolio is stored on your iPhone. Get in touch before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem, because deleting it can remove your local data.
